Go research so-called "vitamins"

If it ends in -OL = alcohOL

If it ends in -AL = ALdehyde

If it ends in ACID = acid (duh)

"Vitamin" derives from VITal AMINe, amines derive from ammonia

And we've been told we need these things to live

@ThorTorrens Try bufferin it with sodium bicarbonate. Try 3:1 niacin to sodium. It will fizz a little, taking out some of the acidity. It supports the flush in all kind of ways and makes it smoother.
