Why is it taking forever to resolve my issue?
Till date this have not been resolved

@UNIONBANK_NG First 5,000 was refunded while the second 5,000 was not refunded.
I did two transaction of 5,000 each. I had two dispense error. One was sougted out while the other has not been refunded till date.
This happened on the 19th of February 2024.
