Thunderbirds are GO in Slough!

@SloughMuseum celebrated 60 years of the iconic series with ‘The Art of Thunderbirds’ - showcasing original models, puppets and artwork from the show, filmed on Slough Trading Estate  in the 1960s.

Strengthening the data centre supply chain at 160 Edinburgh Avenue, Slough Trading Estate.

@atc1team has signed a 10-year lease for 20,210 sq ft at the home of Europe’s largest data centre cluster. This BREEAM “Excellent” certified, net-zero carbon facility features photovoltaic panels, helping remove 26 tonnes of CO₂ annually – equivalent to planting 1,226 trees.

The lease highlights how data centres can foster an ecosystem that attracts businesses, creates jobs and boosts the local economy.

Boosting job skills with VR & AI.

We teamed up with Meta VirtualSpeech and East London Business Alliance (ELBA) to pilot an exciting new programme using Meta Reality Labs VR and AI technology, supporting people from diverse backgrounds to build essential skills like public speaking and interview techniques.

Participants gained confidence through immersive training and constructive feedback, enhancing their long-term employability.

This initiative forms part of our Community Investment Plan in East London. We’re exploring how technology can make our community programmes more flexible and impactful, helping even more people reach their full potential.

We’re wired differently at SEGRO Park Great Cambridge.

@ADIGlobalDist , a leading global distributor of security, Fire and AV products, has strengthened its relationship with SEGRO by committing to an additional unit at the estate.

A customer since 2014, ADI originally occupied a single unit. This new agreement supports its growth and expansion plans, enabling the company to combine units and boost its trade, storage, and distribution capacity across 13 countries.

Exciting news from SEGRO in Paris!

SEGRO has leased space to its first customer at SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins. @coursier_fr will occupy a 1,600 sqm unit out of the 5,000 sqm area of the whole development that has been dedicated to cyclo-logistics.

This development plays a crucial role in helping logistics companies achieve their net-zero carbon goals. Strategically located in the heart of the 13th district, it offers excellent access to Paris and the surrounding areas, facilitating eco-friendly last-mile deliveries. Its proximity to urban centres brings customers closer to their end users, enabling the use of low-carbon delivery vehicles.

We’ve leased two newly refurbished units totalling 62,400 sq ft at SEGRO Park Gatwick to Swissport, a global leader in air cargo and aviation services.

This marks our largest leasing at Gatwick Airport in recent years, and when considered alongside the significant growth we’ve seen across our portfolio at Heathrow and Stansted as well, it illustrates that airlines are embracing long haul air cargo opportunities.
