Hello @British_Airways me again a week later….. what is the status of the BA7318 from Chambery - Stansted… we aren’t being told anything here but the BA app is showing a 2 hour delay 😳😱 an update would be appreciated

@British_Airways Still here @britishairways now 2 hours sat at Lyon….. we’d be grateful for someone to get Lyon Airport to send coaches and unload the aircraft 😵‍💫

@British_Airways we were on the 07:20 London city to Chambery - weather diversion to Lyon. Majority of passengers diverted their taxis/transfers to Lyon - all arrived as we’ve sat here over an hour.

@HM_Passport What happens if your couriers DHL have dishonest employees who have seemingly stolen my husband’s new passport prior to delivery? I’d suggest you look into keeping his identity safe please…….😡😡😡

@HM_Passport How long does it take you to find a passport that your delivery agents DHL have lost?? Apparently they had a lot of agency drivers in December……..????? I would suggest you pull out all the stops to find my husbands passport as another week rumbles on…😡😡

@HM_Passport Any chance you could locate my husbands new missing passport allegedly printed on 04/12/2022… no accountability whatsoever misplacing it… please advise what we are supposed to do ? As no one your end has a clue 🤬 and he hasn’t got a passport and you don’t know where it is.

@HM_Passport You allegedly printed my husbands on 04/12… the tracking number for TNT isn’t valid. No one ever calls back, 3 complaints raised so far… nothing. Beyond incompetent, get in touch asap losing a passport is very serious…..

@HM_Passport you allegedly printed my husbands new passport on 04/12/2022 - courier tracking provided doesn’t exist. He has spent hours on the phone to your offices, no one has a clue as to it’s whereabouts- no one ever calls back, we’ve made formal complaints - please respond 😡
