I am not surprised but always disappointed. In a time of war #AfricansinUkraine still experience anti-black racism. Praying for all my brothers and sisters.

Slavery lasted in Canada for about 226 years and it has only been abolished for 188 years. According to my calculations Black people where enslaved in Canada longer than we have been free in Canada. Learn more about the importance of Chloe Cooley in Canadian History #BHM2022

I don’t know about you but I am actually raging about the situation in Ottawa. If it were Black, Indigenous or any other racialized group it would have been enforced and over before it began. I’m tired of seeing the injustice. If your not outraged, your on the wrong team.

@yessiirrrmoee Not anymore. Things have gone back to normal.

@_kira_f @Sandraperacha Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear they were empty.

[Vasthi Seide, MSW, RSW @SeideVasthi]

@Sandraperacha Hope those were empty. Was very scary waking up to that. Thanks for the pictures.

May you find the strength and courage to face the quiet storms that come into your life and leave destruction. The storms you battle in isolation. The destruction that’s changed you. May you find healing.

There is beauty in the growing and healing process. In the midst of breaking through the dirt as flowers do, we enter into sunshine. May you enter into sunshine and growth season.

Deciding to start a private practice is a different experience then I imagined. I am so excited to be transitioning towards this area.

That is it. That's the tweet.
