@TermineRadio@kukblue1 Small markets play by different rules. OKC’s top free agent acquisition in their history is Hartenstein.
Like with everything else in the world, teams have a life cycle, whether that’s due to their cap, roster construction, etc.
One top 5 pick during their “rebuild” as well.
NBA discourse is crazy sometimes.
OKC won 2025 title, took Spurs to 7 without their 2nd + 3rd best offensive creators, and people act like they are at a major inflection point.
Do they have tough roster + $ questions?
Yes but 90% of NBA would love their roster + “problems”.
It was always going to be tough for the Thunder to win this series without both Jalen Williams and Ajay Mitchell. Thunder put up a great fight without their 2nd and 4th best players.
Credit the Spurs. That is a really tough team.
@viscount96@NahImBizzy@ThunderFilmRoom Fair point but as a coach you you can not leave it up to the judgement of the refs (control what you can control). Maybe that + the timing of the inbound confused the refs. Also, SAS bench had more than enough time to decide on a challenge. Shouldn’t have even been that close.
I’ve been watching this game addictively since 1989 and I’ve never seen a player in the history of the NBA lean his feet in the defenders space and fall down after nearly every jumper like SGA does.
Play basketball man.
@__CROD___@bballbreakdown I said it’s being let go both ways, thats how playoff basketball is. My comment is the focus from NBC isn’t highlighting that, only against Wemby.
@bscholl@zerohedge@JeffBezos@elonmusk How is whether or not you pay federal taxes the main determinant of whether you have a stake in how our federal government is run, especially when the government is operating with a $2 trillion deficit in 2026?
