Some days you wake up, remember the world is still infested with horrifically atrocious people that in positions of power and running roughshod over societies....and just go back to bed.
Can't change it. Can't beat it. Can't sleep through it.
Prove me wrong (please!!)
@MindyWheelerArt who's this goofbag?
"She's highly autistic. Before they met she was studying in college."
Highly autistic people don't go to college, they go to care-homes for their impairments. I deal with autistic people every day -only the high-functioning go to college, Moderates can't
For the same reason Canada has, @TheFreds - because the people rely on corrupt govt and don't enforce the socially-accepted moral norms themselves upon those who break them.
Mob justice ain't right, but it's more justice than you get from gov't nowadays.
MAHA is not “challenging the system,”it’s a team of unaccomplished disaffected unemployed ne’er-do-wells, who aspire to destroy American science to promote their agenda of Lysenko Communism and pseudoscience, all for their personal, political, or financial gain. They despise humanity
I have no personal debt, and I will not accept or be otherwise burdened by the debt the retards-in-charge accumulate as I have been neither consulted for, not party-to, their wasteful and corrupt expenditures that create such debt.
“When all of Canada’s public debt is tallied together, it’s about $84,300 per Canadian taxpayer. It will represent one of the few times in Canadian history - and the first since the 1990s - that public debt will be about as much as the entire country produces in a single year…”
Hearing people cheer for Diana Carney telling them that Canada is going to shape a New World Order is absolutely terrifying. They have absolutely no idea what she means.
🇨🇦 Are you a patriot? 🇨🇦
I used to believe that I, too, was a Canadian patriot, but I asked myself a few simple questions that made me rethink what it is I'm actually loyal to.
What does it mean to be a patriotic Canadian? What do I want to protect and preserve?
The good, hardworking men and women who get up every day, raise their families and do the work that actually makes this country function.
The natural resources that provide wealth and utility for our country.
The rivers, lakes, plains, forests and mountains that make this country one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
The values and spirit that drive us to succeed in a harsh and unforgiving climate. The feeling of community that brings us together in times of hardship and adversity.
I am not loyal to the Crown, to any political party, any politician, the corporation of Canada, the Westminster system, the corrupt government institutions or the flag that represents them. I'm not loyal to any foreign organizations or their agendas that influence our country and erode our sovereignty.
I hate what this country has become. I hate the politicians across the board that manipulate our system and enrich themselves with our tax dollars. I hate the corrupt system that allows for rampant criminality and foreign interference from NGOs and other governments. I hate the foreign NGOs, their global agendas and the billionaires that run and fund them. I hate the people who come to this country with the intention of taking advantage of the fruits of the labour of others. I hate the corrupt policing institutions that refuse and fail to properly do their jobs and hold people accountable. I hate the media organizations that lie to us and prop up our corrupt politicians.
So, are you a patriot? What are you loyal to?
@greg_scott84 I have voted in every election for 22 years since I turned 18. I worked for the CPC for 10 years. I will never vote again. Ever. I cannot participate in the lie anymore. Democracy doesn't exist. It's mob rule by people who are either stupid or evil.
THE SOCIAL ACCEPTABILITY OF A PERSON CARBON ALLOWANCE
"Our study is a first step in designing and developing a PCA, as investigating its social acceptability is a prerequisite before actual implementation."
IT'S GETTING CLOSER!
Government leaders bribing/coercing sitting MP's to cross the floor without a by-election, leaving their constituents without proper representation, is just one of several very good examples of why democracy in 🇨🇦 is a complete illusion.
The old adage is certainly true: if voting mattered and actually made a difference, we wouldn't be allowed to do it.
It has delivered significantly progress - in the entirely wrong direction that a resource-rich and otherwise capable country should be going, @FoodProfessor
The downhill slide continues unabated....
Much of the media is celebrating the first anniversary of Mark Carney as Prime Minister, suggesting his first year in office has delivered significant progress. The data, however, tells a more complicated story.
Canada currently posts the highest food inflation rate among G7 countries.
The overall unemployment rate has remained largely unchanged, while youth unemployment continues to climb.
The national deficit has nearly doubled.
Interprovincial trade barriers—despite a commitment to eliminate them by July 1, 2025—remain firmly in place.
Our tariff situation with the United States has deteriorated compared with when he took office. Meanwhile, several of the transformational projects announced months ago have yet to receive formal approval.
Either there is something I’m missing, or parts of the media narrative surrounding the first year of Prime Minister Carney’s mandate are significantly disconnected from the underlying economic indicators.
Canada is ruled by one big globalist club.
The Conservative Party of Canada just play their part as the controlled opposition.
I don't know about you, but I don't think voting will get us out of predicament.
With turncoat MPs voting is irrelevant.
You’d think the fact Iran targeted our soldiers in Kuwait would be huge news in Canada. You’d think the fact the PM apparently tried to cover it up would be even bigger.
