Ukrainians are celebrating some civilians finally escaping Aleshki, but none of them mention that they escaped to the Russian side.

This is a Russian controlled territory and this humanitarian crisis has been created by Ukraine by destroying any convoy with the aid arriving to the town from Russia.

Ukraine and Brussels say civilians in Aleshki are besieged by Russia, while the road to Aleshki shows Ukrainian drones destroying a convoy carrying 10 tons of food and medicine on September 1st. The volunteers left the cargo and escaped on foot.

Later, Kiev reported four tons of food dropped by heavy drones at 100 points in Aleshki.

This is the repeat of Mariupol, where Ukraine executed anyone trying to escape through green corridors created by Russia.

Blocking aid on the road and then staging a smaller airborne substitute apparently still counts as humanitarian work.

🇸🇦🇹🇷 Eight years ago today, the Saudi government dismembered WaPo columnist Jamal Khashoggi with a hacksaw.

They called him into the Saudi consulate in Turkey, massacred him there, and threw his remains into the sewer system.

The U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence assessed that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman approved an operation to capture or kill Khashoggi.

He was never held accountable, and no one called him a brutal dictator.

The Yemeni people are suffering in every way due to the daily bombing. Yemen is targeted every hour. Why all this hatred and animosity towards the Yemeni people? What did they do to you when they asked for safety, security, and sovereignty? You refused and instead killed and besieged them. All of this is being done by Saudi Arabia out of deep hatred for the Yemeni people, and they are being killed.

Dounana (“Without Us”) by Syrian artist SIBA.

“Eradicate our roots. Demolish our homes. Criminalise our existence. Falsify our origins.”

A powerful indictment of Zionism, dispossession and the attempted erasure of peoples and cultures and a reminder that after all of it:

“We will remain in our place. And our love will remain within us.”

🇸🇦|Saudi Arabia’s Military Genius: Stacking Tanks Within Range of Yemeni Missiles Then Pretending No One Would Notice 😅

@Adelalhasanii is right, though he is being too polite.

"I have never seen a more foolish operation in my life. If your enemy can strike deep into Riyadh, how could you possibly think that concentrating armored vehicles and weapons in a single location would make it harder for them to target?"

This isn't just "foolish." It is a suicidal military deployment. And the decision came from the Saudi military command the very command that has spent hundreds of billions of dollars, armed hundreds of thousands of mercenaries, and bombed all of Yemen over the past eleven years, yet is still losing the war.

📍 What Happened

Over the past 48 hours, the Saudi military command in Aden received a shipment of armored vehicles and tanks, while simultaneously concentrating weapons depots in the same area. Then, they were all targeted at once.

Who made this decision?

The Saudi military command. In Riyadh. The people sitting in air-conditioned offices, staring at maps, deciding to "stack tanks in Aden."

Who are they?

◾Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s younger brother and the supreme commander of the war in Yemen.
◾Saudi Coalition Spokesman Turki Al-Maliki, the man who claims a "successful interception" every time a Yemeni missile lands on Saudi soil.
◾Saudi military commanders in Aden, the ones who were busy counting tanks in Aden while Youssef Al-Shalaji, the commander on the Taiz front, was fleeing to Lahj province.

💥 Why this is a suicidal deployment: Three ironclad rules and they violated every single one

Rule One: Never concentrate high-value assets in one place.

What have the Yemeni Armed Forces been doing over the past six months? · Riyadh: "Sensitive targets" in the Saudi capital were struck over two consecutive days; a Saudi Aramco fuel storage tank was hit and caught fire, with satellite imagery confirming plumes of thick smoke.
◾Port of Yanbu: A missile targeted Saudi Aramco’s most important oil export terminal on the Red Sea; oil loading operations were suspended.
◾King Khalid Air Base: A ballistic missile scored a direct hit on a hangar area housing F-15 fighter jets.
◾Umm Eared Oil Field: Satellite imagery showed thick smoke rising.
◾Jizan, Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Najran: All were struck within a 24-hour period.

If Yemen can strike Riyadh, what does that mean for Aden?

Aden is nearly 700 kilometers closer to areas controlled by Yemeni armed forces than Riyadh is. Aden is about 300 kilometers from Sana'a, whereas Riyadh is approximately 1,000 kilometers away.

By massing tanks in Aden, Saudi Arabia effectively placed military assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars just 300 kilometers from the enemy and then prayed the enemy wouldn't notice.

But the enemy *did* notice.

Point Two: Never underestimate the enemy's intelligence capabilities.

Yemeni armed forces maintain an intelligence network in Aden. They know exactly when and where Saudi forces receive equipment, and what that equipment is.

Why?

Because the Saudi proxy system in Yemen has collapsed. Commanders on the Taiz front have fled. The Chief of Staff of the Emergency Forces was killed. Islah Party militias are retreating. Local tribes are negotiating with Sana'a to hand over cities.

Every move Saudi Arabia makes in Yemen is being watched and those watching are not on Saudi Arabia's side.

Point Three: Never "mass forces" in a war you are losing.

Saudi Arabia's ground proxies in Yemen are crumbling.

◾ Al-Turbah: Yemeni armed forces have taken control of the city; the Saudi-appointed commander has fled.
◾ Bab Al-Najd: Now under the control of Yemeni armed forces. ◾ Sana'a-Taiz Highway: Cut off.
◾West Coast: Within 18 hours, the entire Red Sea coastline fell into the hands of the Yemeni Armed Forces. The port of Mocha, Perim Island, and Zuqar Island were all seized. 1,500 Saudi mercenaries were captured.
◾ Saudi Mainland: An F-15 was shot down. An E-3 AWACS aircraft was destroyed. Riyadh, Yanbu, Jizan, Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Najran all came under attack.

Saudi Arabia is losing this war. Their amassing of tanks in Aden is not about strengthening defenses; they are preparing a site for an even bigger explosion ahead of the Yemeni Armed Forces' next strike.

🎯 The "Glorious Track Record" of the Saudi Military Command

Let us review Saudi Arabia's "military achievements" over the past eleven years:

◾ 2015: Saudi Arabia began bombing Yemen, promising to "end the war within weeks."
◾2026: The war has entered its eleventh year. Saudi Arabia still hasn't won. The Yemeni Armed Forces control the capital Sana'a, the northern highlands, the Red Sea coastline, and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and are now advancing on Marib.
◾Saudi Mercenaries: 1,500 captured, thousands fled, hundreds killed.
◾Saudi Air Force: F-15 shot down. E-3 AWACS destroyed. Dozens of drones shot down. Saudi fighter jets dare not penetrate deep into Yemeni airspace.
◾Saudi Mainland: Riyadh, Yanbu, Jizan, Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Najran all struck. Saudi Aramco facilities set ablaze. Oil export terminals suspended operations.
◾Saudi "Allies": Infighting between the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council and the Saudi-backed Yemeni government. Collapse of Islah Party forces. Local tribes negotiating with Sana'a.

💀 Conclusion: Saudi commanders are handing gifts to the Yemeni armed forces.

Al-Hasani is right. It is foolish. But it isn't just "foolishness," it is desperation.

Saudi Arabia's ground proxies in Yemen are collapsing. Saudi strategic strongholds in Yemen are being lost. Saudi territory itself is coming under attack. The Saudi Air Force dares not venture deep into Yemeni airspace.

Under these circumstances, the Saudi decision to mass armored vehicles and tanks in Aden, a city exposed and within striking range of Yemeni forces signals only one thing:

Saudi commanders are out of ideas. In a panic, they are piling up resources, hoping that "numbers" will offer some form of protection. But numbers mean nothing in the face of precision strikes.

The Yemeni armed forces have already proven they can strike Riyadh. Aden, for them, is merely a closer and easier target.

The Saudi buildup in Aden is not about strengthening defenses. It is about preparing a larger blast zone for the Yemeni armed forces' next strike.

And the Saudi military command Khalid bin Salman, Turki al-Maliki, and the commanders counting tanks in Aden are contributing exactly what they do best to this war:

Packaging failure as "strategic deployment," collapse as "regrouping," and surrender as "peaceful handover."

But satellite images do not lie. Tank wreckage does not lie. The sound of explosions in Aden does not lie.

Saudi Arabia is losing this war. And the pile of tanks in Aden is the latest evidence of its failure.

Well done, Saudi military command. You’ve just saved the Yemeni armed forces a missile they might otherwise have needed two to destroy so many targets.

🇾🇪 Battle for Taiz intensifies as Ansarallah presses the city from multiple directions

Ansarallah is continuing its offensive across the mountainous approaches to Taiz, with some of the heaviest fighting now concentrated on the western and southwestern highlands overlooking key supply routes into the city.

The battle increasingly centers on control of the mountains and corridors linking Taiz with Lahj and Aden. Government authorities have now closed the eastern Taiz–Hawban crossing as fighting intensifies around the city.

Control of Taiz would significantly strengthen Ansarallah’s position across western Yemen and open greater pressure toward the south, just as Saudi Arabia prepares a major counteroffensive.
