In the 10 years before Roman Chelsea were a Champions league club, winning European trophies, beating Real Madrid in finals, winning FA cups, beating 1999 Man United 5-0, had players like Gullit, Zola, Desailly, Vialli, Deschamps.
But yeah we were like Millwall apparently. Some morons on this app 🤦🏻♂️😂
A quick Enzo Fernández book-value breakdown from a fan’s perspective:
Chelsea signed Enzo for £107m.
His contract was for 9½ years, so the transfer fee is amortised over the length of the contract:
£107m ÷ 9.5 = £11.25m per year
After 3½ years, roughly £39.4m of the original fee would have been amortised.
That would leave a book value of around £67.6m.
So, if Chelsea were to sell Enzo for £127m, that would represent roughly a £60m profit on the books.
Obviously, the final numbers depend on the exact transfer fee depending on which is clauses, and the wages for the book year.
This is a player who wanted to move so Chelsea had to sell but with the length of contract before they change the rules meant as seasons went on we were always making a profit on it.
@talkSPORT The club dragging is Man City you Knob head. Trying to screw us, so we won't be able to get a replacement and have to accept the lowest possible fee as we will be short on time.
Chelsea fans have every right to celebrate that win for 30 YEARS.
Chelsea spent the entire Club World Cup dealing with brutal conditions in the United States.
Enzo Maresca repeatedly complained that the heat made normal training sessions “almost impossible”, with some sessions being cut short just to preserve energy for matches.
Temperatures reached around 36-40°C in some locations, and players were using cooling sprays and industrial fans during training.
Even Enzo Fernández described the conditions as “very dangerous” and revealed that he became dizzy during a game because of the heat.
Then Chelsea had to navigate weather delays, intense heat, and a difficult knockout route before reaching the final. Meanwhile, almost everyone was backing Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG had demolished top European sides, including Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, and were being talked about as the best team in the world. Maresca revealed his team played and fought like SPARTANS, overcoming every obstacle to win the competition. 🔥🏆⚔️
Look at what rival fans were saying before the game 😭📷
The audacity to switch the narrative after we humbled them in terrible conditions and against all
This short video sums up why they , the fans are hated so much , they pump out arrogance & that includes the club with the manager , just a vile entitled club
🚨 Mikel Obi on Kai Havertz & Noni Madueke after the UCL Final:*
"I remember when Noni Madueke was fighting Cole Palmer over penalties at Chelsea. So why didn’t he step up and take one for Arsenal when they needed him most? He plays like Liam Delap, but with Messi’s ego.
Noni told the world last week that ‘Chelsea is where I was’. And Kai Havertz spent years saying winning the Champions League with Arsenal would mean more than winning it with Chelsea.
Chelsea gave Kai the biggest night of his career — one goal, one Champions League, a place in history. Instead of appreciating it, he acted like it was just a warm-up for something bigger. Same with Madueke — Chelsea gave him a Club World Cup medal without him contributing a thing.
They celebrated every goal against Chelsea like they had a point to prove. Last night proved one thing: talking about the Champions League isn’t the same as winning it.
Kai’s medal still says Chelsea on it. The trophy he dreamed of winning with Arsenal is still missing from their history.
Football is cruel. Sometimes it waits patiently before reminding people where they had their greatest success.
Kai and Noni wanted to show the world Chelsea was just a stepping stone. Instead, they found out Chelsea was the peak.
Some players leave Chelsea and become legends elsewhere. Others leave and spend years chasing the standards they already had.
The Champions League doesn’t care about feelings, interviews, or celebrations. It only remembers winners. And the last time Kai Havertz and Noni were winners, they were wearing blue."
🚨🎙️|| Roy Keane on Arsenal fans who went to Bars around Stamford Bridge hoping Arsenal would win the Champions League so they can celebrate and mock Chelsea supporters:
"That's madness to me, if you're already planning how to mock Chelsea before you've even won the trophy, maybe that's why football has a way of humbling them.
Nowadays too many people are more interested in social media points than silverware.
Win trophies and let the trophies do the talking"
Someone has gone to the effort of putting together a dossier of refereeing decisions that have gone in favour of Arsenal and supposedly- "handed them the title" 🤣
Premier League CEO literally confirming the league is rigged.
We all seen it this season with Arsenal.
Not a single red card or penalty against them despite being the dirtiest team in the league.
Games gone

🚨 🗣️ Luis Enrique on the toughest opponent he have faced in his career
"Honestly I've been a football manager for more than a decade, I've faced top teams like Real Madrid, Arsenal, Inter Milan, Liverpool with my PSG side, and I've Also faced the great PSG, Real Madrid, Athletico Madrid, Juventus, and so on with my Barcelona side" But honestly I had an intense match with Bayern Munich which ended 5-4 in our favour, we really deserve to win, draw and lose this game because of how intense it was".
"But this Bayern Munich side is one of the toughest but not the toughest team I've faced in my life, I'll always remember the Chelsea and Enzo Maresca side that won us 3-0 in the FIFA club world cup final, they were unstoppable, we did our best to press them but all their players were very quick and sharp".
"So I must say the Chelsea end Enzo Maresca side are the hardest opponent I faced in my entire managerial career, they won us 3-0 at the FIFA club world cup final, they didn't even allow us to press them at all, I learned a lot from Enzo Maresca after the game and that's one of the thing I've added to my managerial career".
