@LuckyMbabazi Can 1 be called peaceful if they r incapable of violence/destructive effects? Peace requires having e capacity 4 violence & actively choosing 2 withhold it, otherwise being harmless can be confused with being peaceful. Eg: chickens & Ugandans r generally harmless not peaceful.
