Nobody says LeBron is taking minutes from a younger player. Nobody said Tom Brady was taking a roster spot from a rookie. Nobody says Leonardo DiCaprio is taking roles from younger actors.

If you’re still performing at a high level AND you’re a draw, you should be there.

CM Punk sells tickets. CM Punk makes WWE money. More people will watch MITB because CM Punk is in that ladder match.

That’s not “taking a spot.” That’s putting one of your biggest stars on the show.
