@IHamiltonbbc It's currently 2:41am and I am wide awake. I was awake for too long last night and I accidentally fell back to sleep when I woke up that I didn't wake up until 4.30pm in the day. Tamazepam didn't even work. I'm happy to talk about it.
@bcafc4@D_C_W I don't talk to random strangers and if I'm on my own in a pub I will sit browsing something on my phone. If with friends I will only get my phone out to show them something or check the time. Don't think it's quite fair to force people off their phones completely. Unfair rule.
