Loving yourself also looks like being accountable for your actions. It’s not always a face mask (although we love them). It’s being able to say “no” to family, friends, work, and situations that trigger you. Its believing that you are enough always, even when you don’t.
It’s having faith that all things will work together for your good, because the things you are saying, trusting and giving energy to are aligned with your goals and focus. It’s changing habits, blocking people, abstinence, jumping out of your comfort zone.
