Dear @waitrose please improve or rename your supposedly ’perfectly ripe’ avocados. Only one of the four (two packs of two) I bought on Friday has been remotely edible- even after spending the last 48 hours at room temperature
Please update your phone staff too. I was advised how to put myself back into the same spiral. I politely explained each stage as I followed the advice I was being given, until it was clear it wasn't working. Then the line went silent and the call was terminated at your end.
Dear @JohnLewisRetail, I bought a TV in October under an offer to claim an e-gift card. Claims for this should open today (3 Dec). But your website doesn't support this- putting me into a circular death spiral of useless links instead.
Please sort this out.
Dear @Screwfix why can I not leave a review on your website for 'AZUR 1800MM X 560MM 6819BTU WHITE 3 COLUMN RADIATOR (121YR)'?
I just installed one. It was a nightmare and I want other buyers to know what they are in for.
Dear @ctshirts how do I get off your postal mailing list. When I bought a shirt I was told I wouldn't get post from you. But I do and it doesn't say how I can stop it. Or shall I raise this with @ICOnews?
Dear @NordVPN and @TNLUK one or both of you has changed something and now my Lottery app and their website won't load unless I pause my Nord VPN. Please can you fix this between you? TIA
Dear @nsandihelp an email tells me my Direct Saver statement is available. When I try to go to my profile to see it your website logs me out with the apologetic explanation that I 'used the back button'. It keeps doing this but I'm not using 'back'
Dear @Wickes for the second time today your online checkout has stalled when I try to pay. This wastes my time and means I’m looking to see who else can supply around £500 of stuff I want to buy.
Dear @Morrisons , unfortunately these aren't seedless. Of this box (bought in Wells last Friday) most segments have at least one pip and up to three. Shame as the last box was lovely- and seedless.
Last Monday (12 Feb) I booked @Parcelforce to collect an eBay sale from me and deliver on Express48. PF emailed to confirm that they would collect it on Tuesday.
Stay tuned for the next turgid instalment in which we are likely to see this previously state-owned monopoly continue to disappoint its customer as it blunders its way deeper into the red- on the way to eventual oblivion.
On Friday morning (16 Feb) I checked that the parcel had been delivered. There was no trace of it on the PF tracking! I checked again on Friday evening- it had only been picked up at 13:44 that day- by 15:43 it was en-route to the "Bristol Hub".
On Wednesday (14 Feb) I cancelled the PF order for collection/post and claimed a refund. I went to a Post Office and posted the parcel on the same PF Express48 service- for £4 more.
