DON’T stop sharing
DON’T stand idly by
DON’T look away
DON’T lose hope
Whether it takes 5 days, 5 months, 5 years, 5 decades, or 5 centuries, we will NEVER stop until Palestine is free!

Rest in peace Marjane Satrapi. And thank you for your groundbreaking graphic novel/memoir Persepolis, a must read for everyone.
The world is a smaller and colder place without you in it. 💔
Iranian-French filmmaker and graphic novelist Marjane Satrapi has sadly passed away at the age of 56.
Satrapi was best known for Persepolis and its acclaimed animated film adaptation, works that brought her international recognition and made her one of the most influential voices in contemporary graphic storytelling.
Her legacy spans literature, film, and advocacy for freedom, women’s rights, and human rights.
Rest in peace. 🖤
Andrew Garfield says he recently watched the HARRY POTTER films for the first time, but added:
“We shouldn’t be putting money in the pocket of inhumane legislation right now through she that shall remain nameless.” 🎬
5 years ago today, ‘Gravity Falls’ creator Alex Hirsch publicly called out Disney for what he described as performative Pride Month support while censoring LGBTQ+ representation in its projects.
It would take far more than a month to honor the contributions of queer and transgender New Yorkers.
From the Cercle Hermaphroditos in 1895, the first trans advocacy group in the United States, to the drag balls of the Harlem Renaissance, to the Stonewall uprising, to the Lesbian Herstory Archives, to ACT UP!, founded in 1987 as queer people fought for their lives while the Reagan administration looked away, New York City's history has long been shaped by queer and trans New Yorkers.
To all our queer and trans neighbors: you deserve a City where you can afford to live safely, openly, and joyfully.
Happy Pride, New York City.
Happy Pride Month from ToonHive!
This month, we celebrate every color of love, identity, and creativity within our LGBTQ+ animation community. Together, let’s continue building a world where everyone feels seen, valued, respected, and free to be their authentic selves. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
I have decided to drop out of the AI program at Amazon. I will not be making a Punky Duck series. Actions speak louder than words.
My intent was to showcase artists, both new and seasoned, both inside and outside the studios, driving this new tech.
My sincerest apology to those I upset. I promise to do better moving forward. Thank you for your patience with me. I will try harder.
If you need to partner with AI to get a greenlight on your project, it ain't worth it. I know it's super frustrating out there rn but nothing makes replacing your peers with automated garbo justified. Nothing. We gotta hold the line on this one or we're f*cked.
