I've trained myself to get into flow states for ~ 9 hours/day
In 9 hours I get more done than most do in 1 week.
Here's a free guide you can use to:

Peak performance in business consists of:
Ā·Spiritual performance, which drives motivation & endurance
Ā·Mental performance, which drives courage & discipline
Ā·Physical performance, which promotes recovery
Ā·Executive performance, which fosters effective execution
Master all 4
Once you operate at peak performance, you make competition irrelevant.
Iāll prove it to you by comparing the average day of two entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneur A lives an unoptimized BS life (BS = Before Selfmastered):
⢠Lacks a clear vision for his life, so he doesnāt know who he needs to become (what new beliefs and behaviors he needs to embody) to fulfill that vision. So he can't discriminate between empowering and limiting beliefs or healthy or unhealthy habits.
⢠Has no strategy for his business, so he is unaware of the difference between $10,000 work and $10h/work. He thinks all tasks are created equal, so he doesnāt prioritize the wildly important. As a result, he gravitates towards easy work, not high-leverage work.
⢠Doesn't have a bulletproof execution framework, so he doesnāt know how to do 6 hours of deep work consistently and flow states daily.
⢠Doesn't follow a routine that maximizes his energy, removes stress, and primes his mind for peak cognitive performance.
Entrepreneur B, instead, is living an elite life. He joined Selfmastered 3 months ago, and he now:
⢠Has a clear vision for his life (and the role his business plays in it)
⢠Trains his mind every day to the beliefs & behaviors he needs to fulfill that vision.
⢠Follows a clear strategic plan that protects $10,000/work as much as possible.
⢠Uses daily spiritual, mental & physiological protocols to prime his brain to sustain peak clarity, focus & discipline throughout the day, without risking burnout.
Both entrepreneurs live a similar life. They both wake up at 7 AM. Both work 8 hours. They both belong to the same industry. Theyāre competitors.
Yet, Entrepreneur B gets 185x more daily results than the other.
Hereās how:
Entrepreneur A wakes at 7 AM, checks their phone in bed, has breakfast and gets to work at 9:00 AM.
Since he is unaware that not every task is equally important and that not every hour of the day is equal, he starts the day with a quick meeting with the team and then does some administrative work.
He begins to work on essential activities by 10:30 AM.
He doesnāt know what high-leverage work looks like in his business, so he spends the next two hours doing $100/hour work.
He also hasnāt trained his mind to avoid distractions, so he gets distracted by āchecking email real quickā every 10 minutes.
Then, it takes the brain 20 minutes to focus again.
The overall efficiency of the work session is about 50%.
Then, 12:30 PM comes by, and it is time for lunch. He eats a high-carb meal.
He is back in the office at 1:30 PM. A few emails need replying to; after that, it is 2:30 PM.
His focus turns back to high-leverage tasks (really, $100h/tasks, at most), but it takes him 30 minutes to get back in the zone (ah, the afternoon slump) before he can focus.
An hour goes by, and itās 4:00 PM when the phone rings. He gets stuck on a call with a client. By the time he finishes, itās 4:30 PM.
A few more emails and a handful of messages on the office chat have come through. Itās 5:00 PM, and it's time to go home and āswitch offā for the day.
Total output of the day: 3 hours of $100h/work at 50% efficiency. 4:30 hours of $10h/work. 30 minutes in a call that could have been an email (also $10h/work).
Value of the day: 5 x $10h/work + 3 x $100h/work at 50% efficiency: $200.
Letās compare it to Entrepreneur B, who is well-versed in peak performance.
He wakes up at 7 AM without an alarm.
He immediately starts his personal priming protocols, which include meditation, self-hypnosis, and visualization of the day ahead.
He then walks to get sunlight and regulate his circadian rhythms.
The walk gives him some brilliant insights for the sales letter heās about to write.
He starts working at 8 AM and goes directly into a ringfenced session (Selfmasteredās deep work protocol), writing a sales letter ($10,000h/work).
He knows how to avoid distractions (both internal and external), so within 15 minutes, heās deeply in flow, working at 100% efficiency.
2 hours go by, and his brain is now tired. He then has a high-protein breakfast and a coffee. Chills for 30 mins. Then, heās back into another 2-hour ringfenced session tackling $1000h/work (running paid ads).
At 12:30 PM, heĀ jumpsĀ into his inbox, archiving and deleting emails that donāt need a reply, actioning others with short, sharp responses, or simply jumping on the phone for two minutes to sort out an issue that would take 20 minutes to deal with via email ($10h/work).
He also checks Slack and addresses the teamās questions.
At 1 PM, he goes for lunch. He has a high-protein meal.
āāHeās back at his desk at 2 PM, ready for his third ringfenced day session. He feels refreshed and ready to finish the sales letter he started working on in the AM ($10,000h/work). At 3:30 PM, heās done with the highest priorities of the day.
ā
In his final 30 minutes, he is back in his inbox, jumping in quick calls and wrapping up his day.
At 4PM, he wraps up his day.āā
Total output of the day: 3.5 hours of $10,000h/work at 100% efficiency. 2 hours of work of $1,000h/work at 100% efficiency. 2 hours of $10h/work.
Value of the day: 3.5 x $10,000 + 2 x $1000h + 1 x $10h = $37,010.
Entrepreneur B had a 185x more valuable day just by leveraging his peak performance skills to mainly execute the $10,000hĀ tasksĀ that move the needle.
With peak clarity, discipline, and focus.
Without getting sidetracked by limiting beliefs, shiny objects, or distractions.
As Entrepreneur B keeps operating at peak performance, and weeks and months go by, his advantage over Entrepreneur A gets broader.
3 years down the track, it doesnāt matter how much work Entrepreneur A puts in over a given year; if they donāt take holidays that year, theyāll never catch up. Itās over.
Entrepreneur B will crush him.
Not because he is more intelligent, better connected, or more talented. None of that.
Just because he has learned to operate at peak performance.
Success is a matter of math, not magic.
Iāve just opened up five spots for March's cohort.
If you want to unlock peak performance and get on the fast track to creating the freedom and revenue you know you're capable of with your business.

As a Spanish coach for elite entrepreneurs, I had to make a video on what I've learned from @Topuriailia
His approach to excellence is almost spiritual, a true example of an elite performer
If you're into peak performance, this video is for you: https://t.co/k87QUpbLub
This is why you can't scale past $10k/month
If you have high-income skills yet struggle to scale your business or are inconsistent in execution, this post is for you.
You have the marketing skills to inform the world about your service.
You have the sales skills to persuade strangers to buy from you.
You have the product-building skills to deliver an outstanding service or product.
You have all you need to scale past $10k/month and reach $20k, $30k, even $50k/month without hiring a team.
But still hit a ceiling you canāt surpass.
Why?
Simply put: you are missing the most essential part of the equation.
To succeed in business, you need two types of skills: technical skills (what you do) and performance skills (how, why, and how much you do it).
You may know how to market, sell & deliver (technical skills), but you don't know how to be disciplined, consistent, or focus for longer than 10 mins.
You can't scale because your performance skills aren't at the level of your technical skills.
You want to succeed, but you can't do the work day in and day out, without fail.
You want to take risks but self-sabotage because you fear failure (or success).
You want to stay committed to building your business, but you get distracted easily.
You want to cultivate insane self-belief, but self-doubt creeps in when things don't go their way.
You may even admire Kobe Bryant, Elon Musk and other elite performers who've reached the pinnacle of their craft⦠yet you can't remain consistent in doing the hard things every single day.
So you stay where you are.
With ok business results that let you live an ok life with ok friends sharing ok experiences, having a ok
physique.
Yet you still watch the online gurus flexing their cars, mansions and experiences, and secretly wish you were one of them.
What's worse: you know you could be one of them.
You have the potential to be one of them.
But you're not.
You can't work as hard as they do. Be as consistent in doing the hard things as they are. Always do 1 more as they preach. Believe in figuring it out even after a string of losses.
So, over time, you start resenting the work. Your motivation dwindles. Your 10-min youtube sessions turn into 3-hour Netflix marathons.
And you start doubting your online business.
Thinking about changing your nice. Maybe switch up your offer. Target a different demographic. Etc.
Even if you know what your niche, offer or demographic isn't the problem.
The problem is that you still haven't learned the performance skills you need to scale.
The solution is simple: learn the most important performance skills to break past $10k/month.
After 6 years of training founders & CEOs, I've boiled down the crucial performance skills every entrepreneur needs to master to the following:
1. Spiritual performance skills (Self-awareness, identity-shifting, purpose, mission, core valuesā¦)
2. Mental performance skills (Self-belief, discipline & motivation, focus & flow states, emotional managementā¦)
3. Physical performance skills (stress management, mastery of sleep, nutrition, exercise, meditation, etc)
4. Executive performance (prioritization & goal-setting, planning, execution, time management, general productivity, etc).
Master your spiritual, mental, physical & executive performance, and you'll unlock the key to scaling past $10k/month⦠even $100k/month.
Our best clients have scaled from $8k/month to $130k/month in 2 years without changing their marketing or sales systems, just doing more of what already worked.
Your next level in business isn't 1 funnel away, but 1 personal transformation away.
From being an average performer to being an elite performer.
Most entrepreneurs take the long route to mastering these skills: they buy books or courses to learn how to focus, be disciplined, stay motivated or access flow states.
While books offer valuable insights, they often lack the depth and personalization necessary to tackle your unique challenges effectively.
Which is why they don't really work that well.
What works well is getting specific performance training adapted to you.
Which is what we offer at Selfmastered.
We just opened 5 new slots for our February cohort.
If you want to learn in 12 weeks that it takes others years or decades to learn (with maybe 1-2 business failures in between), apply for a call.
If we both decide to work together, I can guarantee this can be "one of the top 3 decisions of your life".
(Our client's words, not mine).

Leon
āIāve been in business for 24 years and I joined because the last couple of years since I felt like our company is just spinning its wheels⦠I was feeling really lackluster, complacent⦠and I was looking for a spark and inspiration.ā
āIm feeling more driven, probably more than I've felt in a couple of years. Subscription revenue is up 45%, year over year, and professional services are up 382%.ā
Abraham Lim (7-figure CEO) shares his thoughts on Selfmastered:
Let me tell you a real story about two entrepreneurs.
Both are of similar age, background, industry, team size, and revenue level.
Both share the same level of grit, ambition, and intelligence.
The pandemic hit both at the same time - hard.
Entrepreneur A survived and is now doing better than ever.
Entrepreneur B couldn't mentally handle the situation, made bad decisions, and went bankrupt.
Why?
Entrepreneur A knew how to use language to shape his reality.
You see, reality isn't 'good' or 'bad' - it is neutral.
It just is.
We just interpret it as āgoodā or ābadā
If it aligns with what we want to happen, we label it a 'positive'. If it doesn't align, we label it as 'negative'.
Itās like we live in two worlds: Reality - the physical and our interpretation of it. The mental.
The bridge is the language we use.
How you describe what happens to you creates what happens to you.
When the meaning you assign to an experience changes, your behavior changes.
But most people don't realize they have that power.
You are in direct control my friend.
Without āgood or ābadā life is like a blank canvas and you have the power to write what happens.
Every situation is a new opportunity
For an elite athlete, an injury is an opportunity to get stronger.
For a world-class musician, a clutch moment is an opportunity to realize a weakness.
For an elite entrepreneur, a pandemic is an opportunity to rebuild his business on firmer ground.
Every man and woman who reached the pinnacle of their respective fields learned to turn what is traditionally perceived as 'negative' into a net positive by using language.
They Identify an opportunity.
Declare a new course of action.
Implement that new course of action.
Entrepreneur A interpreted his inability to handle the pandemic as undeniable proof that he wasn't a good entrepreneur. His language shaped a reality in which he made bad decisions⦠that led to his bankruptcy.
Entrepreneur B saw the pandemic as an opportunity to sharpen his management abilities.
Using language to shape a reality in which he could find new ways to keep the doors open, find new customers, and strengthen his team, which is why he ended up thriving.
Such is the power of language.
If you want to learn how to use the power of language to master your self-talk, shape a winning narrative, and cruise business on āeasy modeā.
Check the tweet below.
Success doesn't just "happen".
Nobody ever "wakes up wealthy".
Or ripped.
Or with a healthy family full of love.
But everyone is looking for fast results using "hacks," "shortcuts," and "secrets."
They frantically jump from one thing to the other expecting that it will be the āone big thingā that changes everything for them.
Thats why they don't get what they want.
When elite results can be guaranteed by designing the small habits, routines, and protocols that can be continually improved until the goal is achieved.
This is what I call "the Kaizen Mindset".
To architect your life in a way that success becomes a matter of when not if.
Most people give up on doing things where the benefits are undisputedly clear because they donāt test and refine their approach.
Entrepreneurs who were stressed out of their minds and overwhelmed have told me they've "given up on meditation" because they couldn't "make it work for them".
But they never even tweaked one variable.
Changing the time of the day they meditate, how long, and where they sit.
Thatās like eating one bad burger at a BBQ and never eating burgers again.
Burgers are delicious - you just got a bad one that time.
So they end up missing out on the very habit that would lower their stress levels, train their focus, and finally solve their problem.
Embrace "Personal split testingā.
Consistently look for ways to enhance every aspect of your life, from your daily habits to your long-term goals.
This way, success is pretty much guaranteed. It is just a set number of iterations away.
We've helped hundreds of entrepreneurs adopt Kaizen protocols into thinking, executing, and performing in business.
And becoming elite performers who can scale their businesses without distractions, overwhelm or burnout.
One of whom is @MattStepLabs who inspired this post.
If you want to join him and others in their quest towards elite performance check out my free 7-day course on how to do so using science & systems:
https://t.co/3sA272m0fW
I had $711 in the bank and was on the brink of bankruptcy.
Working 12-hour days, 7 days a week, and still failing.
I felt like the walls were caving in.
Until this one mindset shift saved my business and my sanity:
āTop 3 decisions I made in my life.ā
āI was stuck in a phase where I was dealing with the same problems for about 9 months and I feel like Iāve ascended to the next level of businesses and myself⦠It probably would have taken 2 years otherwise.ā
@MattStepLabs shares his honest thoughts after 4 months with SelfMastered:
Your schedule can look like this while earning 10x more than youād do in a week.
This little-known āringfencing protocolā helps you get your work done in 5 hours or less so that the rest of the day is yours:
(save this)
Het put in $4k and got $70k out
But⦠he turned it off.
I was dumbfounded.
A few months before we met, this client - lets call him John - started running FB Ads for his high-ticket offer.
The offer was a hit; the calls were great, and John closed 20 clients with ease.
But as the leads got colder, his closing rate took a dive. From a booming 70% down to signing 1/10, if that.
He went from feeling invincible to questioning every move he madeā¦.
Negative self-talk crept in, and shiny objects started looking appealing.
Eventually, he hit the self-destruct button: turning off the ads.
He convinced himself he wasnāt cut out for sales, and that he needed a way to sell without calls.
But remember, weāre talking about a guy whose call-based system was a goldmine!
$4k in, $70k out.
While trying to devise a new, callless system, his revenue stream dried up. Weeks turned into months, and panic set in.
We started working together and put all our energy into finding the root problemā¦.
and came to a shocking conclusion:
His close rate was fine. He was averaging 25%.
While it wasnāt record-breaking numbers, the system was working.
He had a money-printing machine in his hands.
His real problem was self-sabotage. His fear of failure, and his limiting beliefs around his skills.
The thing about self-sabotage is itās a sneaky little thingā¦.
Its a subconscious coping mechanism to avoid failure, disappointment, or the pressure of high expectations.
It stems from your deepest fears and insecurities, and it shows up in various forms - procrastination, self-doubt, destructive habits.
And It happens to the best of us - without us even realizing it.
That is what caused John to turn off a his money printing machine.
We worked together to let go of those limiting mental patterns and build up his self-efficacy.
I trained him to spot and neutralize negative thoughts and emotions as they came up.
And you know what? It turned things around.
Heās back using his original call-based system and now, heās averaging a 45% close rate.
You see business isnāt just about the tactics; it's about the mental game.
The key lies in mental mastery. It's what separates successful entrepreneurs from the rest.
Itās not just your technical skills but your mental fortitude that count.
Self-beleif. Focus. Discipline.
And just like any other skill - it improves with practice.

Read this if your productivity & performance is not where it should be...
Every self-development book today talks about the importance of "setting goals."
Of "creating systems".
Of "being relentlessly driven."
Yet, in my experience, most aspiring elite performers know "how to set the right goals," "create systems," or "be relentlessly driven."
Yet, they are still not performing at the level they'd like to.
Even if they know what they should be doing differently.
Even if they're tired of going through the motions and spinning their wheels.
Then the question becomes - how to reliably unlock & sustain peak personal performance?
There's no universal answer of course.
It depends on each person's specific situation.
(This is why our performance training is personalized to each client - to meet them exactly where they are and guarantee success).
Still, after training hundreds of entrepreneurs, we've noticed a pattern: most lack of an exciting vision.
And this can be a real problem.
The Bible discusses this: "Without vision, people perish" [Proverbs 29:18]
Seneca, the Stoic philosopher, put it more poetically: "If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable".
Even Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi, the so-called "Godfather of Flow", discussed it: "For [peak performance to emerge] a vision is needed, an overarching goal that gives meaning to the job"
They all imply that our full potential isn't magically unleashed because we want to... but by being pulled forward by a vision we find meaningful.
A vision that excites us, plays to our strengths and requires us to show up at peak performance to have a chance to see it through.
You can be the most bio-hacked person in the world, but I guarantee you won't sustain peak performance if you don't know why you even should.
With a powerful vision you commit to, everything becomes easier.
Every late night and early morning, every failure and disappointment, every setback and obstacle⦠has a purpose.
Which them easier to endure.
The secret to elite performance isn't IQ, character, etc but being pulled forward by a vision that comes from within.
So, if performance has been dipping lately, ask yourself:
Ā· Do you have an exciting vision pulling you forward?
Ā· If so, does that vision reflect the identity you're trying to build?
Ā· If it does, do you know to do in the next 12 weeks to make a giant leap forward?
If you didn't answer YES to ALL of these questions, this should be your #1 priority.
Your next level in life & business does not depend on learning new marketing skills.
Instead, it relies on "embarking on the formidable journey of self-discovery to create an authentic vision that unlocks peak performance" (Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi).
If you need help with this, hit me up.
