@YentelmanBlog @ChuckDamniels I enjoy grammar...mostly the rule breakers. Like how my two year old says “mines”. Why not? It’s hiS, herS, yourS, ourS. She’s using the grammar logic that possessive pronouns end in S. I love it.

@YentelmanBlog Yes, they are. Forced errors like a songwriter trying to sound more natural than in reality bother me. I listen to country music and some of the errors are just complete overkill! But some are music to my ears!!!

@YentelmanBlog @ChuckDamniels "You and me" sounds more natural used as a subject even though it's incorrect. "You and I" sounds forced even thought it's correct. I prefer to sound natural, but sometimes my need to be correct comes out, especially if I think I'm speaking to someone who knows the difference.

Which of the two does "ganar la confianza" translate to in Spanish? Both possibly?
