Astrolab's FLIP lunar rover was recently integrated onto the cone and ramps of Astrobotic's Griffin lander.

The FLIP rover will include the #LunarCodex's HINAURI, a digital archive of poetry and song lyrics from around the world.

MoonBox, which contains the #LunarCodex Polaris collection, is now securely attached to the spacecraft.

In late 2026 this vault carrying artifacts of humanity's culture will launch to the Moon. Excelsior!

This is the FLIP rover taking its first drive on April 27 in Astrolab's clean room, 18 months after it was first conceived.

Via our payload partners, the FLIP rover will carry the Hinauri archives of the #LunarCodex.

Aboard Astroforge's DeepSpace-2 with our partner Lifeship, the mission is slated for a lunar fly-by, following a trajectory targeting a near-Earth asteroid.
