@IIvxnn_ I don't know if it's your cup of tea, but you could always take a look into the app 7 cups. It's an anonymous messaging app where you can talk to people who care to listen and even with people who have shared similar experiences to what you're feeling.
@SirHypn0s @vinziIIa Have you used your phone calculator as one of them? If so i'd love to see a screenshot of it if you're willing to send it. (I've yet to see one say 6 so I'm a bit curious)
@NextOpTicFormal @vinziIIa Also I apologize if any of that seemed to come off of as rude and I hope I may have helped a tad bit! I hope you enjoy the rest of your night!
@SirHypn0s @vinziIIa No because the parenthesis part only means inside so once you got the 2 the parentheses no longer mattered nor need to be there. The parenthesis after that are just another way to show multiplication is still needed afterwards. I got 24 in a calculator still.
@SirHypn0s @vinziIIa The parenthesis portion of PEMDAS means you're supposed to do what's inside the parenthesis first so 5(2) is correct. But 5(2) is just 5x(2). So order of operations says you do multiplication and division in order from left to right. So 60/5=12 so then 12x2=24.
@NextOpTicFormal @vinziIIa This would have been a great example if it had been 60 (+ Or -) 5(7-5). But PEMDAS means you do inside the parenthesis first so it becomes 60 ÷5(2). Then its multiplication OR division as equals so you do them in order from left to right. So 60÷5=12 Then 12x2=24 .
