From the latest data, the percentage of the population of each UK country vaccinated with the first dose of the vaccine is:

England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿: 3.5%
Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿: 3.0%
Wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿: 2.7%
N. Ireland🍀: 4.1%

For the UK as a whole, it's 3.4%, or about 1 in 29 people!
