On April 1st, Speaker Johnson vowed to fund DHS "in the coming days."

Must have been an April Fools’ joke because INSTEAD, Johnson has extended the shutdown for FOUR WEEKS and counting.

So if Speaker Johnson is looking for someone to blame for the shutdown, get him a mirror.

REMINDER: The Senate unanimously passed a bill to fund DHS 31 days ago. We passed it unanimously AGAIN 25 days ago.

But instead of ending the DHS shutdown and funding agencies like TSA & the Secret Service, Speaker Johnson has dragged his feet & failed to put it up for a vote.

The Senate UNANIMOUSLY passed a bill to fund Secret Service & TSA, but MAGA House Republicans have held it up for a month to secure more money for mass deportations.

If this Admin is serious about DHS, it needs to get its own house in order.

Trump's Budget Director Russ Vought just REFUSED to tell me how much of YOUR taxpayer dollars Trump has already spent on his war of choice with Iran.

That's outrageous. It's literally his job to know, and the American people deserve answers!

The Senate passed a bill to fund all of DHS except ICE and Border Patrol.

And we did it with the unanimous consent of ALL 100 SENATORS.

Speaker Johnson refused to vote on this bill and chose to continue holding TSA hostage and to continue Trump's chaos.
