The Islamic Republic is an enemy of its own people, an exporter of terrorism and a threat to Australia and the wider world.

The Senate has passed the Coalition's amendment to scrap Anthony Albanese’s cruel veterans tax, and Labor voted against it.

Now it goes back to the House of Reps.

The Senate has voted to back the Coalition’s amendments to scrap Labor’s $5,000 cap on veterans’ healthcare.

Labor voted against scrapping the cap, against protecting clinically necessary treatment from arbitrary spending thresholds, and then against the amended Bill itself.

Veterans have spoken. Their advocates have spoken. Now the Senate has spoken.

The Prime Minister should listen and scrap this cruel cap.
