.@SenatorFunke on the anti-Farming agenda that has spread under One-Party Rule in Albany ->
What happens when you have three days of rain? What happens when you have a bad crop? We need to study the impact of this law before we do anything else.

Very sad to hear of David's passing. He was a pillar of our community. As the son of Holocaust survivors he was a life-long opponent of anti-semitism and served on the Board of the National Holocaust Museum. May he rest in peace.

As part of our effort to increase flood resiliency on Lake Ontario, @NYGovCuomo announced $2.6M project at Irondequoit Bay. The boat launch and storm sewer upgrades are critical for public safety and tourism. @daveseeley430@RepJoeMorelle@SenatorFunke

Today, @NYSenDems unanimously rejected a truly independent investigation of the mandate for nursing homes to take COVID patients, apparently out of fear of offending the Governor.
Grieving families — and all New Yorkers — deserve answers.
We will continue to fight for them.
Condolences to the family and friends of Assemblyman David Gantt. We were on opposite sides of the aisle, but on the same page and worked together when it came to the RCSD . He fought for for all those he represented, but was especially passionate about education. Rip David.
Thank you to all of the voters and supporters who made this possible, and thank you to @realdonaldtrump for your early and consistent support! Time to get to work!
I couldn't agree more. @SenatorOrtt is tough as nails and will be a great leader for our conference and a strong and consistent voice for our party. With Rob in charge we are poised for a strong comeback this fall !
.@SenatorOrtt is a fighter who knows how to win tough battles & we know he will hit the ground running.
We're excited to work with Rob in the Senate & @WillABarclay in the Assembly during this new era for the #NYGOP.

A further example of how ridiculous some of you are about the use of the term thug, here's Pres. Obama standing by his use of the term to describe rioters in Baltimore in 2015. He saw it as descriptive of bad behavior. He was right then and I am now.

@mikemurphy33 When your taking flack from the Dems version of Baghdad Bob and their paid NYC political guru you're probably right over the target. I Wonder if your candidate in #SD55 wants to join you in supporting robbing and looting ? Sounds like a great mailer
Absolutely no excuse for the disgusting behavior by thugs and thieves in Rochester today. Tell me how this advances any sympathy for the cause protesters claim to be supporting.
@misslab Yes it is starting today. That was not his answer or intention as of yesterday on the radio or what was communicated to county leaders last night. Apparently people all over reacting angrily made him rethink his strategy. As I see it I WAS part of the solution. Thanks
Sometimes legislators have to take tough votes. Sometimes they take bathroom breaks instead.
If one-person rule works for you, fine.
Otherwise, I'd gladly welcome your support on our bill to restore the Legislature's authority.
HAPPENING NOW: #NYSenate Republicans are forcing a vote on rescinding @NYGovCuomo's unchecked power.
@senatorgallivan is speaking on the amendment. Watch live: https://t.co/fBjPhLXBnx
@Lawyergirl915 Have you spoken to someone in my office? Please PM me your info and I'll make sure someone stays on it. It is certainly a long process and that needs to change as I've been saying publicly. In the meantime I'm happy to do what I can to help.
Good to see @RepTomReed and @SenatorFunke standing up to give small businesses the chance to safely reopen and get our economy going again!
