Yesterday, the Senate held a hearing into wage theft laws. What did we learn?

- There have still been no referrals made
- Experts believe it may be years until a case ends up in court
- Wage theft laws don't treat theft of super as wage theft

Deleted and reworded this post as the wording was a bit unclear. The government-controlled committee (Joint Committee on NDIS) began an inquiry into NDIS fraud following a letter from the NDIS Minister referring it to them, so there was no vote on that.
