@RMP_Utah Services are fully restored with the restoration of power, and have remained stable for 30 minutes. Our engineering team is continuing to monitor the situation.

SenaWave is aware of an outage affecting areas of downtown Salt Lake City. Engineers are en route to troubleshoot. No know time to repair is available at this time, but we will provide updates here shortly.

Engineering teams have determined that the outage was caused by a power outage in parts of salt lake city, which affected some of our equipment. Once the excellent crews from @RMP_Utah are able to restore power, service will be restored.

Service should now be restored to all effected customers. You may need to unplug your router, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in if you are still experiencing issues. If that doesn't resolve your issue, feel free to call in or message us.
