It’s not that difficult or expensive there just needs to be schools willing to do so and to learn to. Do they care enough?

Making mediation mandatory & making it harder to appeal to Tribunal. Lots of problems with this. But if ministers want a less adversarial system, they need to find a way of making sure the law is followed in every area, for every child. /5

@AspieDeLaZouch @StarlightMcKenz @June4oneness @SpcialNdsJungle Most likely a combination of both. Whichever way it’s saddening that the delay will cause much more distress to SEND families as a result of crucial decision making being held up by the backlog of the Tribunal system.
