They didn’t just prosecute Shiloh Hendrix.

They ran a deliberate procedural ambush and dared anyone to call it out.

Defense attorney Brian Karalus arrives in Rochester expecting a First Amendment fight. Instead he gets a police report with names blacked out ... including the child ... that stay blacked out all the way through pretrial.

He emails the prosecutor the weekend before trial: “Am I missing something? I still don’t know who you’re calling to testify.” Monday morning the prosecutor finally walks a piece of paper up to the bench with the witness names. When Karalus objects, the judge explodes at him, not the prosecutors who had ignored her own prior order to turn over the list. In chambers she admits the prosecution was playing games… then still lets them keep playing.

Meanwhile the man who filmed the viral video and pushed Hendrix to say the word ... Sharmake Beyle Omar ... is nowhere to be found. He had fled to Somalia.

The same prosecutors who months earlier dismissed his third- and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct charges involving a 16-year-old “in the interest of justice” somehow had no problem stretching a park argument into a criminal case. One set of rules for the cameraman with the serious priors. A completely different set for the American woman who said a bad word.

This is what prosecutorial corruption looks like when it’s dressed up as righteousness. They withheld basic information until the last possible second. They protected the absent accuser. They let activist pressure dictate the charge menu. And when the defense tried to force transparency, the court protected the process instead of the defendant.

The verdict was never the real story. The real story is how far the people with the power to charge were willing to bend the rules to get it.

Anthony Fauci has been a medical administrator for almost all of his career.
Did you know during the covid shutdown, there was an email sent to many US physicians--actual medical doctors dealing directly with patients, that told them their medical licenses would be revoked if they said anything contrary to what Fauci and the CDC had established?
I'm far more interested in hearing what doctors who have real patients have to say about a virus than some office-bound administrator.

Well, we 'regulate' it in exactly the same way as we 'regulate' Blackface:

That is, by way of the social contract, where:

1. Adults (in this case, transvestite men), put a lid on their ego-driven, narcissitic behaviours.
2. Society (in this case us), stops celebrating the behaviour of such men.

We stop platforming them.

We stop putting them on TV at every opportunity.

We stop constantly producing sympathetic articles and 'news' features about them (here's looking at you @BBC).

We stop commissioning shows like 'RuPaul's Drag Race', (like we stopped the 'Black and White Minstrel Show'.)

That was once prime-time viewing, (the BBC again, do you see the pattern?), with its peak at 21 million viewers per episode.

That's nearly half of the then British TV-viewing population tuning in of a Saturday night to watch white men in an outrageous blacked-up caricature, dancing with white women.

Back then, this was not only acceptable behaviour.

It was celebrated.

It was indeed quite literally, applauded.

But it would be inconceivable now.

So we simply have to stop acting as if men dressed in public as women and wearing fake breasts is normal.

Because it is not, and pretty much everyone knows this.

But even back in the grim days of the Black and White Minstrel Show, there was concerted opposition, starting from almost its first airing in 1958.

The BBC ignored complaints (see a pattern?), and this disgraceful spectacle lasted another 20 years in its TV run, until it was finally, thankfully, taken off air in 1978. (It was a weekly humiliating, mortifying cringe-fest and I clearly remember my parents being both ecstatic and profoundly relieved when this happened.)

The show also had a 10-year theatrical run at the Victoria Palace Theatre in the West End, where it was described as a 'commercial juggernaut'.

The @VictoriaPalace is still going strong.

Would they now put on a theatrical run of the Black and White Minstrel show?

We all know the bloody answer to that!

So, that's how we stop men doing the insulting, degrading, paraphillic performance of Womanface.

We stop it by not normalising or excusing it.

I see we are doing the “zoomers are anti social weirdos” discourse again. Well, I was recently talking to some zoomer students who were laughing at a 60s hippy lib prof who was scolding them for not “working a season or two as a Warren Miller ski bum” like he did in the 70s. The connections he made there launched a career for him in western tourism and business. The reason they were laughing was because in their eyes, that door was closed for them, despite having the interest and the ability to go and work those jobs for a similar career path.

I wanted to look into who exactly was responsible for the decision to replace American kids at Vail and Park City with J-1 labor from Argentina. Obvious answers like Vail Mountain are to blame of course, but something surprising to me was that American companies cannot sponsor J-1s on their own, they need to do this through a pass through NGO approved by the State Department as a type of “cultural exchange” for students (not our students, foreigner students).

There are two main NGOs that do this for Rocky Mountain skiing and both of their CEOs make well over a million a year keeping your kid from these seasonal jobs while claiming American kids just don’t want to work, and need more diversity in ski towns (look at their promotional material if you don’t believe me). The truth is the pay is barely enough to cover resort dorm housing, so the big resorts barely enable young workers to make rent.

The two that bring in the most J-1s to my local resorts are USE and PIEE. The Council on International Educational Exchange and the Universal Student Exchange. USE is headed by a Peruvian CEO Rafael Espinoza. The other group is headed by James P. Pellow who has an EdD (lol). These guys and their lobbyists benefit from a low paid foreign underclass of workers staffing ski resorts. Their organizations (plus the State Department) are responsible for taking away “ski bum” jobs from American teenagers under the guise of cross cultural exchange.

The main lobby group that advocates day and night to keep your kids out of these jobs is the National Ski Areas Association. They lobby Congress, the State Dept, and Lawmakes to make sure the j-1s flow. Their materials claim that diversification and multi culture exchanges are much needed in ski areas! Vail Resorts and Powdr corp partners closely with USE and CIEE to keep their cheap foreign labor flowing. I never voted for any of this, zoomers surely did not, zoomers are being told they’re weirdos for not working these gigs, but good luck getting rid of any of this system as this is probably the first time you’ve heard of these groups.
