We're really concerned that despite the scrutiny the bank has been placed under, and the claims of “putting things right”, the bank is still providing a lack of transparency and inconsistent approaches which places customers on uneven footing
Banking claims firm Seneca summarises the issues it has seen with the RBS GRG compensation process. Damning stuff if even half of this is on the money. Surprise surprise, letting the perpetrator orchestrate the redress hasn't worked out well.
