@_mirceabarbu So definitely those statements can't can't be labeled as key evidence and there is no other evidence which was removed from the case file, not whatsapp transcripts, not social media videos, not financial records, not any other evidence.

- the victims statements in front of the judge were doubling the statements given to DIICOT prosecutors
- the defendants statements as witnesses already couldn't be used against them

The only solution will be to get out from ECHR as to modify ECHR needs the consensus of the majority of signatory states.
