@ThatsDababy Ah understandable
Slander accepted 🙏

@Maserbytes If you reduce whole vainland saga to that two sentences it shows you either didnt finish it, or failed to understand thorfinn and the themes of his character and world

@Remboramo10 @Lord_carmie I eveb remember some antagoinsts condemning his actions, and actually he sacficied for his redemtion many things such as his dignity

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@Remboramo10 @Lord_carmie Its about a man rejecting the ideals of a hostile society and regretting his actions and adobting a better ideals and better way of living, its true his actions cannot be fully forgotten, but he knows this, and fhe plot shows he is haunted by it

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@BoiiJend @Lord_carmie Adobting an ideal that might get you killed but its right, not to mention the wrong ideals he got groomed by his society into seeing such crimes as normal, the fact he acknowledges the wrong despite everyone around him is the true achievement

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@BoiiJend @Lord_carmie Hostile and war based society, he even sows some of his actions, and some enemeies condemn his actions, and thorfinn story isnt about redemtion, its about knowing you are a bad person with a terrible past but still trying to be a better person, adobting-

@Odyxey_YT Like, no character in hell verse has a moral obligation not to do evil when they are spetifically in a place where all evil is permitted, and there is no punsihment for them because, well, they are already in hell

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@Odyxey_YT One thing i never understood from this show is how they trest moraliry
If its set in hell while all vices tolerated like murder yet they hold a moral stance against grape, like you are in hell, what makes rape bad in such setting?

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@Odyxey_YT Of course i do not mean in a general sense, rape is a terrible crime that cannot be excused, im just questioning the character and the verse, not the general morality, this isnt a disscuion abojt general morality, but the standard in the show

@WhereWindsMeet_ This is equavliant to a white guy wearing aztec clothes or a black man wearing hanfu 🥀

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@mmediocreman I feel like the rest of the cast are intentationally incomptent as well, the emperor isnt as powerful as one would expect him to be, the advisors are kinda useless, enunches arent moving poltically, there is no generals as well

[Capgras Signore 🔗 @Senneferi]

@mmediocreman I actually agree. And sometimes the observation doesnt make sense, but for me the weakest point is that the story is suppose to be (poltical intiguire) but strangely there isnt a lot of actually important strong poltical character(advisors, enunches, general

@seelie_savant The only reason this anime is popular is because the fans who watched anime only never watched cdramas so they think the anime is peak plot when its just an average cdrama bu anime
