Sugar will make the tomato taste less sour if you don’t like sour.

I like to add garlic instead of sugar but my wife and kids prefer sugar.

Cut tomatoes into chunks and cook with a bit of oil until it looks like 50% sauce 50% chunks. Add salt and sugar to taste.

Add eggs and let cook for about 2 minutes on low, serve over rice.

I use 1lb tomato to 4 eggs

It’s a good book that touches on tons of different topics in interesting ways.
