@SamUnderwoodUK Agree so much. Sometimes it's difficult to delegate, especially to someone you don't know. It might be a risk. But it's better to figure out how to limit it (the risk) and get things going than let the project stagnate (or die)
Do you buy new tires when it's the engine that's broken? The same logic applies to #seo. If the culprit is technical issues - fix them first. Content will come second.
@cbrodzky Yes, I think organic conversions are an indicator of good SEO optimization. On the other hand, other factors should be reviewed too. Cause some might say "Ah, seo doesn't bring clients" - and they have not ux friendly website or not competitive pricing.
@JohnMu More filtering: includes this and excludes that for one dimention.
For example, filter by Queries that contain "book" and don't contain "buy" and "used"
2. Choose a broader domain to be able to grow. Mine is quite narrow, and exploring some topics beyond it seems not logical for the website content. But I'll give it a try this year - as a test.
1. Post regularly, duh. I didn't. In the beginning, there were ~12 posts uploaded, then nothing for a few months. Then added some more - and pause again. Although I've chosen a quite easy niche, I now see that the longer the pause, the more reluctant Google is to index new posts
I've written my first long article on why a #blog is a good idea for an #ecommercewebsite
Think that I should add a section explaining when it's better not to create a blog, for now that's between the lines.

Second - working on CRO. This is the hardest and still one of the really interesting things for me. Planning to check out some courses and online information to deepen the knowledge too. Any suggestions?
I'm quite proud of this 3 months over 3 months last year comparison :)
We planned and created new content, updated, merged and deleted what was not useful. Worked on internal linking and backlinks.
But there is much to do next year :
I'll be working soon on next quarter content plan, and half of it will be content updates. Starting from priority posts - and then all that haven't been refreshed for a long time.
