@PrimeVideoIN checked my records and discovered that the @excitel_rocks team never even started a prime account for the customer. The customer who has paid the full amount to avail the services n benefits promised is getting such a terrible experience

@excitel_rocks Tkt #3832332 raised on 24th April is still open. Even after multiple complaints on customer care and the only response is that the case is being escalated. I've even mailed helpdesk Tkt #3619540 but the situation remains the same.

@excitel_rocks team finally called back and provided a 32 digit entitlement id/partner id. Then asked me to reach out to @PrimeVideoIN team & said it will be activated by them.

@excitel_rocks A complaint was raised via app Tkt #3832332 on 24th April, even called customer care multiple times and the issue is still unresolved. The only response I get is that case is being escalated. Why is excitel providing such bad after sales service?
