Where I spend my time online now is a Discord chat hosted by someone that makes amazing animated comedy videos of non-sex nudity. I'm not joking. It's somewhere with a nice group of people and it's been super fun for me. Judge all you want.

I've all but quit social media. The doomscrolling has given me nothing but anxiety (and I mean real, crippling anxierty). The website has become a cesspool of people DM'ing me to off myself, it's triggered depression, and most people I chat with quit before me. I felt so alone.

It's gotten to the point that I had to uninstall the apps and try to focus on bettering myself. It ended up me being alone with my thoughts, barely anyone to talk to. I get up, work, and watch the Leafs go though their current reverse sweep. I had to avoid any and all politics.
