When our team hit 30 people, it was a critical turning point for our startup – the moment we realized that structure was no longer optional.
At that size, everyone was working hard, but “working hard” meant something different to each person. Intuitive management no longer worked, so we introduced two frameworks:
1️⃣ NUPP: Simple rules for smarter decision-making.
2️⃣ https://t.co/Vp5whUEXyb: Clear steps for managing projects effectively.
These brought us aligned teams, clear goals, and smoother processes. New hires know what’s expected, and our company now runs seamlessly - even as we’ve grown past 100 people.
I shared more about these practices in my latest @hackernoon article. Check it out:

Achieving 75% of your goals isn’t just a dream - it’s possible with the right framework.
In my latest @ForbesTechCncl article, I share a 3-step framework that’s helped me stay consistent and reach big milestones.
I recently had the opportunity to share my thoughts on foreign investments in the MENA region with Voice of America, a global broadcaster reaching 326 million viewers weekly in 40 languages.
The MENA region, particularly the Gulf, is becoming a hotspot for innovation. Governments are making bold investments in education, entrepreneurship, and leadership—and the results are clear in their cutting-edge products, strong networks, and forward-thinking mindset.
What’s even more exciting is their support for next-generation technologies like Web3 and their flexible regulatory approaches — key drivers for progress and attracting global investors.
If you’re curious about why the MENA region stands out for investments, read the full article here: https://t.co/kd6H1BkTjq.

Moving fast ≠ moving in the right direction. Speed can lead to chaos without a solid strategy.
In the early stages, it's tempting to chase every idea, but when I built a holding company with 500 employees, I learned that only a strong strategy keeps you on track.
Here are 6 key questions to ask before building one:
➤ What's your vision and mission?
➤ How do you define success?
➤ What’s your growth plan?
➤ How will you communicate your strategy?
➤ Whose help do you need?
➤ How do you balance strategy and tactics?

Friday the 13th is supposed to bring bad luck? I’m not into that superstition, but I do love a great event—Fuckups Night.
It was inspiring to hear stories from @antongotchi, @hrabiaXd, Yury Shlahanau and @rafal_trzeciak:
🔹Anton, looking forward to seeing Sleepagotchi take off in Asian markets. Good luck!
🔹Yury, your insights have me convinced there are many more startups in your future.
🔹Rafał, your thoughtful approach to business is truly inspiring—exactly how businesses should be built.
🔹Szymon, your business model of charging for functionality and delivering it is brilliant.
🔹Big thanks to Sergey Fedyushchenko for his spot-on advice: every startup should earn, not just play along.
Networking was definitely a highlight—great to reconnect and meet new people. Special thanks to
@hannaplachkova for the great company!
So, Friday the 13th turned out to be a success after all. Big thanks to Ū Hub Startup Community in Poland and @lindverka for putting together such a fantastic event! 👏
Clear and efficient processes are key, but building them? Not so simple.
When I founded Rewump, my experience helped me shape our internal processes around 6 core principles:
◎ Seek the most effective methods, not just conventional ones.
◎ Optimize resources.
◎ Be proactive, not reactive.
◎ A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
◎ Start with a clear goal.
◎ Use templates to save time.
These are the NUPP principles, and they’ve shaped both my work and life. If you're a startup, give NUPP a try—you’ll love it! 😉

Trying to achieve big results in just a week or month? That’s a fast track to burnout.
Progress happens step by step. I learned this through sports, and now apply it in business.
Sports taught me discipline and endurance—skills that sharpen decision-making under pressure. When stress hits, sports are my escape. Whether parachuting or swimming long distances, I focus on the moment.
In competitions, you’re battling yourself. It’s tough, but the drive to reach your goal keeps you going. That’s how I’ve run half marathons, biked mountains, swam the Oceanman, and more.
These experiences mirror life—they teach resilience when things get tough.
To stay consistent, I work out five days a week and switch up routines. Every morning, I do as many push-ups as my age.
What about you? Do you have routines that keep you on track? #Discipline #Consistency #Sport
When our team was 100 strong, we relied on intuition and management skills. But once we grew past 300, things changed. It became harder to align everyone with our mission and goals, as each person had a different perspective.
Why?
Everyone understood the goal, but no one knew where to start or how to achieve it. We found ourselves repeatedly explaining basic principles and management rules.
That’s when we discovered the NUPP principles—a clear and practical framework that transformed how we managed projects, optimized resources, and focused on core tasks. NUPP combines elements from https://t.co/T0NJFBnM6X, https://t.co/Cigmuhd3Bm, PMBOK, and OMIMO, and it aligned perfectly with our core beliefs.
In my @ForbesTechCncl article, I discuss how young startups can implement NUPP early on to avoid common mistakes and adopt a proactive, results-driven approach. Read more here: https://t.co/mdOEup82B7.

Delegating can be tough, especially to inexperienced people.
Early in my journey, I promoted an inexperienced manager, and it left me filled with fear that the wrong decisions were being made.
The result?
I couldn’t fully delegate. I ran out of time and energy, which slowed down progress, delayed product launches, and hurt hiring—ultimately impacting profits. It felt like constant fatigue and missed opportunities.
Here’s what I learned:
↳ bring in a manager, assess their skills, and delegate
↳ have open and honest communication
↳ provide the necessary information and resources
↳ monitor the results
Now, I decide on delegation based on the team’s priorities and competencies.
At Rewump, I handle strategic tasks or those requiring special expertise myself. Everything else that the team can manage effectively, I delegate to optimize time and resources, allowing me to focus on my role effectively.
Almost anything can be delegated—it’s all about understanding the cost.
