These findings contribute to a better understanding of the biological pathways underlying the well-established relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and long-term health🧬

I'm pleased to share our latest publication 🔬 , in which we identified circulating molecular signatures of cardiorespiratory fitness 🏃 . These signatures were prospectively associated with a lower risk of all-cause mortality☠️and several major non-communicable diseases 🤒
Mejora resistencia, fuerza, movilidad, fatiga y cognición.

It's been a while since the publication of this paper, but I still see the improper use of the term "power"🏋🏻♂️ in the S&C 🌍.
Luckily recent 📚 are propelling using this term as I well as I try to teach it to my👨🏽🎓
