I’m a @Vivino Premium user and honestly the app’s home screen feels like a missed opportunity. I open the app and see… nothing. No information, no identity, no personality. It feels empty.
At the very least, why not let users choose the startup screen? I’d pick my profile. It actually has context and content. UX matters.
Sheraton Buenos Aires, Retiro... Fourth stay here, and unfortunately the worst one so far.
Before arriving, I asked (in advance) for an upgrade to the renovated rooms that are heavily advertised on Instagram and other channels. The answer was “we’ll try”. Clearly, no one tried.
I was given the worst room I have ever stayed in at this property: small, old, worn out, falling apart. Just look at the patched wall and the damaged curtain in the photo.
After complaining, the hotel had the nerve to offer me “the same room” on the floor above. Literally the same layout, same issues, same condition. Room 1804 offered as an “upgrade” to 1904. Of course I declined. Changing floors does not fix a broken room.
This is not the first time I raise this issue. Each time, @MarriottBonvoy seems to care less about its Titanium members. Members who spend a significant amount of money with the brand throughout the year, only to be put in rooms that should not be sold at all.
Very disappointed. At this point, it might really be time to move on to @Hilton.

Staying 6 long nights at the Sheraton Buenos Aires and asked for a late checkout until 2pm (regular checkout is at 12). The answer was a simple no. Sad to see another hotel where Titanium status doesn’t seem to matter, @MarriottBonvoy. @sheratonhotels@MBonvoyAssist
My Titanium status means nothing here @courtyardtoreo — bonus points never appear and room upgrades are non-existent. The TV channels are limited and the image quality is awful. Breakfast keeps getting worse: an over-dry egg and some sliced bread. The parking lot is dirty and dark, and the hotel is situated right next to the Periférico, so the noise never stops. The bathroom lighting is so weak I struggle to shave — I can’t imagine how someone applying makeup deals with it. And on top of all this, the nightly rate keeps climbing. I’m done @Marriott. Changing hotels and brands.
Totally agree. The hotel never informs guests about anything, they never know what’s going on around them. I was there recently and could barely sleep one night because, from my “upgraded” Titanium room, I could hear loud music from some nearby bar or party. I complained, even sent an email, but of course no one ever bothered to reply. So… don’t expect much.

@AXAResponde y ya fueron 8 correos enviados, algunas llamadas, todo para intentar cancelar una póliza que renovaron sin mi autorización. Y nada. Ya me cobraron la tarjeta y sigo sin alguna respuesta. Ya registré mi queja en @CondusefMX pero es triste que AXA ignore sus clientes.
