@Estate_vibes Y si el piso se vende en 2 días, sin negociación y se pegan varios por él.. fácil.. yo le podría haber sacado un 5%-10% más si me hubieran dejado la gestión un par de meses.. hay mucha demanda y poca oferta, sobre todo hasta 700-800k, a partir del millón la mayoria extranjeros 🧐
