10 років позбавлення волі отримав виконавець другого нападу на мене.

Щойно Приморський районний суд м. Одеси оголосив вирок Баймукашеву Абзалу Амангалійовичу у справі про ��амах на мене, який був 01.05.18

Того дня на замовлення Труханова він вистрілив мені у потилицю. Але оскільки я не втратив свідомість та став його переслідувати, мені вдалося його затримати.

Баймукашева визнали винним у замаху на умисне вбивство та незаконному зберіганні та поводженні зі зброєю.
Вирок набере законної сили за місяць з дня оголошення у разі, якщо не буде апеляційної скарги.

Замовник Труханов, співучасники злочину, у тому числі поліціянти, підозр так і не отримали.

Баймукашев це єдиний кого судили за напад на мене за усі три епізоди.

Процес по моєму самозахисту під час третього нападу триває та вже близький до вироку.
