Protestants who advocate for doing the bare minimum, are wrong. And I'd honestly question their salvation at that point.

Jesus and Paul were both consistently clear on this: faith without works is dead. Jesus framed it as "good fruit comes from good trees, and bad fruit comes from bad trees."

I am deeply compelled to do good works - almost like an itch that won't quit. Can I ignore it? Sure, but the itch will continue to nag at me until I scratch it.

Heaven forbid I ignore an itch long enough that I stop itching...
