@bebrasuk Is there something wrong with the question 'Filling Green' Juniors 2022? I've just downloaded our school's results and only 1/138 students got this correct - considering it is an 'A' difficulty question I'm not sure if my results are accurate for this question.
376 Y7-9 Stamfordian students (come Friday) have sat this year's @bebrasuk challenge. Here's hoping for another amazing set of results, and many OUCC invites ๐ค
#CyberFirst Y8 Girls Computing Competition is taking place again this year, Stamford Endowed Schools -as always- will be participating, but so should your school!

Stamford's Computer Engineering Clubs have really enjoyed their Ringos ๐ฑ @circuitmess
Next year's challenges: Raspberry Pi Picos ๐ช, Circuitmess Wheelsons ๐ & TBA! ๐ช
A huge congratulations to Stamford Digital Destroyers, they might not have had the CyberFirst Final result they were hoping for, but finishing 11th best independent school in the country 2022 is just amazing - we are a very proud department right now! #CyberFirst
Congratulations ๐ to Soraya, Thomasina, Flo, and Charlotte T for earning themselves a place in the independent schools #cyberfirst girls competition final.
Bring on the 5th February 2022 ๐ป
@Kaz14137454 Official results regarding Seniors Average Score will be made available as of next week. We at Stamford only focus -for now- on Juniors and Inters.
Extremely proud of our Juniors and Inters BEBRAS students: Juniors Average Score was 7% higher than national average; Inters Average Score was 11% higher than national average (raw score).
Thank you @circuitmess for making us an official partner of your STEM Educators Program - we're super excited to offer Computer Engineering Club (officially starting January 2022), and super excited to work through your DIY kits!
@NCSC To add: we at Stamford would HAPPILY help further promote the competition -as it is amazing- but due to already doing this over the last 3 years, every state school Computing connection we have already participates. Could non-targeted promotion also meet the eligibility criteria?
@NCSC After 3 years of entering and embedding CyberFirst into our Y8 curriculum, we're now struggling to enter thanks to your 'new eligibility criteria' (that only impacts independent schools...) How is this an effective way to increase the number of girls into Computing?
And so it begins @bebrasuk..!
This year we have over 400 students participating in BEBRAS across 3 age categories: Juniors, Intermediates, and Seniors.
