I’m out from X. I’ll keep my account but I’m no longer posting and I’m going to take X off my phone.
The days of LDX have died down and the app is just not great.
God bless
@X I posted a TikTok and it got a couple thousand views 160 likes and 5 comments.
I posted the same thing to X and it has 30 views and I’m the only one to like it.
Did I mention TikTok is free and it was my literal first post.
Make it make sense. I may leave X altogether.

Why can’t God continue to speak. Why only the Bible. Didn’t God say he would send prophets in the Bible? Isn’t God unchanging. If He sent prophets to teach His word anciently why abandon us now to only the 66 books in the Bible. Arguably we need Him more in this era of technology.
I believe He does speak and I do believe the Bible is the word of God. However it’s clear we need help understanding it. Otherwise there wouldn’t be 40k+ denominations of Christian churches.
If you love Star Wars, you’ll love Mandolorian and Grogu.
If you’re new to Star Wars you may still like it, but you’ll definitely miss context.
Was definitely a Disney+ season turned movie. However good overall.

You’re telling me that the algorithm only showed this to 55 people?? I have a couple thousand subscribers, I would think at least 10% would see it.
I literally feel like I post to the void.
I tried that last year and the phones were just to much of a distraction. From the texting back and forth to playing games it was too much. They just couldn’t put the phone away. I sent out messages to parents, talked to the youth, and found out that it’s going to take more than the 40ish minutes I have to break them of those habits.
At least for our area I feel these youth need to learn to step away from the world and immerse themselves in the spirit. Parents can continue to teach their kids how to use technology but at least for the wards I teach I think paper scriptures is the best way forward. Among other things ( I learned a lot this last year)
Not saying it’s the gold standard but it really is what our youth need.
