@Gails_Bakery Why is your service so bad and confusing in all of your stores. Get handed items without spoons, staff often don’t pay attention to orders so miss things, and ergonomics just all seem off with ordering over exposed food. Some great products though.
@Harrods@MikoRobot bought 3 Miko Minis from Harrods for nieces and nephews. All cables failed to charge properly, hours of setup with restarts, bugs, and pairing problems, despite following instructions perfectly. A potentially fun product but a really underwhelming setup.
@MikoRobot Bought 3 Miko Minis for nieces and nephews for Christmas from Harrods, London. The setup for all took hours. No charge out of the box, inability to pair, constant restarts, faulty charging cables, really disappointing for the cost.

@joeandthejuice 6 months spending money at your Soho, Lower James Street store and the staff are consistently moody, rude and slow. 9 times out of ten, they appear to be annoyed you’ve even ordered anything. Such an uplifting experience while I pay £10 for a shake.
@virginmedia after lengthy disputes last year where you had to undo damage to my property, I have just walked out to see you have vandalised my property again. This is illegal and needs fixing and reversing immediately.
