@JohnyJ_15 Got no problem with him starting against a lefty, but wish they could have found a way to DH him so that once the lefty is out they could put Jensen back into the 1 hole. Also know with Isbel’s injury they don’t have a ton of flexibility in the outfield.
@klseaboldt I think anyone who is putting all the blame on Q is silly. But I also think defending him is silly. The players are mostly the problem, as they are the ones who perform, but fans want to see someone held accountable, which is most likely a coach or manager.Someone should be fired
@Jomboy_ No, he just sucks. He has like a 10+ ERA in like 8 games as a Royal in the last two years. The fact that the royals keep trotting him out there is embarrassing.
@RoyalsHRAudit Not how baseball works. I would agree this team is somewhat underperforming, but there is a randomness in baseball and why almost all teams lose at least 62 and win at least 62 games. Everyone losing their mind after every loss is wild, if they win the next 2 they win the series.
@codybtapp Unfortunately all their arms tend to blow at one point or another. Royals just lucked out on the timing on this one. At some point more pitchers are going to have had Tommy John than not.
@MJ_Melendezz I love Cags, and think he should be in the lineup most days, even against lefties. But he's been awful the last 2 days, I'm fine with him sitting today.
