@thebarrowgroup That's what I admired about the whole thing. It was rigorously real. Like the scene when the guard runs into the dad of the shooter who tells him "we're the two most hated people in this town" and they have an utterly realistic exchange. Respect to the writer Scott Organ.

@thebarrowgroup There's a scene at the end where the guard runs into a mom whose kid was killed that day - a kid he did not save - and for half the scene you think the guard might shoot himself and for half the scene you think she might shoot him. So tense and utterly real. Exactly human size.

Hey NYC only a wk left for the play 17 Minutes. I saw it last night. Loved it. Just one perfectly-acted scene after another. Totally real, no fakery or BS. About a school guard who does NOT save the kids when a shooter shows up.
