Zach Lowe has been and continues to be one of the most consistently good and knowledgable writers in the entire sports world while also being entertaining. This move by ESPN is baffling.
@brhoops@Spurs save some money on the recruiting expenses this summer and just plan on drafting Dillingham.
Sometimes, you just have to make the easy decision.
In light of the SNUB, here is one from my drafts: More people should be talking about Domantas Sabonis this season.
He just followed up a 20/25/5 game with 19/17/13.
He has 13 triple doubles and 44 double doubles.
He averaged 21/15/9 through January on 66% shooting.
Honestly if Iโm Belichick, Iโm sending my resume. And by resume, I mean I mail them a hoodie with the sleeves torn off and a letter stapled to the front saying, โMoving to LA was a good ideaโ.
#Chargers#Belichick
@Josh810 However, can we admit charges like this are silly and not a basketball play?
Running to a spot, stopping, and falling is not in any way defense.
Even if Tre isnโt the eventually starting PG for this team down the road, it makes more sense to develop Wemby next to a real PG while also continuing to develop Tre as a creator/ball handler.
How many teams do we see that need an extra creator down the stretch in the playoffs?
@JeffGSpursZone Thatโs an obvious truth.
The Spurs are where the Thunder were when they traded for SGA. Spurs have their star. Now to draft and develop around him.
No shame in having a worse team right now.
Iโm 3-5 years though, thatโll be the real time to compare.
@andrewsharp Wild idea - what if we just gave things a chance and instead of arguing about potential flaws, we just enjoyed the sport we love? Collective outrage is old and tiresome.
Things were better when we were kids because we wanted to like them. We didnโt overanalyze court paint jobs.
