I hope to bring to light the hardships that people living with HIV go through daily due to societal based stigma. I also hope to show how a poor socio-economic background can negatively affect those who live with HIV while breaking a few stigmas too. Tune into my podcast!

A lack of understanding on mental illness has led to different misunderstandings and stereotypes regarding mental health. And these misunderstanding hinder certain individuals from recovering and establishing support as it makes them feel isolated.
Africans are still to have access to one of the most basic human necessities. There is still major lack of infrastructure and insufficient medical attention due to the lack of staff for patients, such a poor healthcare system in our country affects our healthcare outcomes.
Young people like smoking hubbly bubbly. They say it is harmless compared to cigarettes and that is not true. Hubbly is more dangerous because the amount of smoke inhaled is more than the one inhaled from cigarettes, please refer to the infographic about the dangers of hubbly.
