Bihar Retailers Forced to Protest Against @oppo Bihar's Arrogant Behavior & Unfair Policies

The retail community in Bihar has been forced onto the streets to protest against the arrogant behavior of OPPO Bihar's Chinese management and unfair policies. 💔 Despite professional appeals from #AIMRABihar and failure to resolve the issues by #OPPOBihar, retailers are now closing their stores to demonstrate.

We condemn the agents' alleged support for wholesaler infiltration and favoritism toward specific retailers for vested interests.

OPPO must heed this warning: brands that ignore their channel partners risk meeting the same fate as industry giants like Nokia, BlackBerry, and Micromax. Being No. 2 doesn't guarantee longevity if ground realities are ignored.

Our Core Demands for Fair Business:

💰 5% Invoice Margin: Essential to safeguard retailers against the financial burden of TDS (194-IT Act).

🛡️ 30 Days Claim Settlement: Timely resolution is needed to protect retailers' hard-earned working capital.

📱 Demo Handsets @ 50%: Fair pricing to empower retailers to properly showcase products to consumers.

✅ Transparency APP: Implement a transparent app like VIVO, Xiaomi, Samsung & Realme to build trust. Honest brands are transparent.

📈 Sufficient Supply: Ensure equitable supplies of K Series & Reno 14 products to all retailers to eliminate black market business.

🔧 Faster Consumer Service: Service standards must be drastically improved to meet consumer expectations.

It's time for OPPO Bihar to address these legitimate concerns and revert to ethical trade practices.
