@hoka I paid for next day delivery, so order was due to arrive on Saturday. Its now Tuesday night and I'm still getting messed around by your cus service. When is it coming? Telling me they will arrive "very soon" and in "due course" then ignoring me is not good. Awful service.
@hoka Your response was of no help whatsoever. I just want to know when my order will arrive. Is it really this difficult? Surely when an order is 6 days late you might try and get someone on it?
@hoka I've just sent it to you. I've had another vague email from your cus serve telling me they have no idea when they will arrive. Why offer next day delivery if you can't honour it? It just makes you look bad. If I knew a delivery date my expectations would be managed. Really poor.

@MonsoonHelp I have, multiple times. I have emailed, called, face booked, instagrammed you and haven't had anything other than automated responses for 15 days now.

@leepster I always say I wouldn't give my child a foreign sounding name due to my experiences. Which is a travesty really. But I've had a lot of support about the article so hopefully things are getting better β€οΈ
