So the sun shone, people came and litter was picked! A fantastic day with lots of helpers adding to our regular pickers.
55lbs of rubbish collected, plus pieces of wood and metal.

With everyone so busy this month, some of our events and groups are on hold, but we’ll be joining with #YWT for their #wavesofwaste on Saturday, and we’re looking forward to our December meeting next Monday.

We’ve got a busy month ahead! Distributing poppies, theatre visits, a country house visit, quizzes and all our usual activities! Come and see us at our meeting on the 17th ( note not the usual 2nd Monday) at 7pm for a fun social evening at the Rugby Club on Queensgate.
